POLICE FLASHER KIT- TWO COLOR FLASHING

This kit has a dual color LED with blue and red colors and its flashing circuit is designed with minimal electronics for electronic learners. The LED kit is tripod and its color change speed is proportional to the capacitance and resistance used in the kit.
